[따지고 밝히기]“대한민국, 한 개인이 1만명을 성폭행할 정도로 어수룩한 나라가 결코 아니다!

최근 기독교복음선교회 정명석 총재에 관한 일탈(逸脫) 기사가 보도 되었고, 이에 대한 반론 기사들도 연이어 제작-보도 되고 있다. 특히 성직자인 JMS 정명석 총재의 이성(異姓)접촉에 대해 “과연 사실일까? 조작된 것일까?”라는 의혹이, 따라 붙는다.
우선 성적인 비리를 저질렀다는, 이성 접촉의 숫자 문제이다. 그간 몇 언론사들의 JMS 정명석 총재 관련 보도문에는 “1만 명 이상이 성폭행을 당했다”고 주장 되어지고 있다. “1만 명 이상이 성폭행을 당했다”는 주장
그런데 언론의 논쟁(論爭) 보도 기사 중에는 보도문에 적시(摘示)돼 있는 내용이 모두 사실(事實)이냐, 또는 그 보도문이 진실(眞實)이냐는 의혹이 항상 따라 붙게 돼 있다. 기사를 제보한 측의 주장 속에는 사실이 증명되지 않는, 거친 주장도 게재-내재되기 때문이다. 그래서 기사 속의 사실이 모두 진실이지 않다는 결론에 다다른다. JMS 정명석 총재 관련 보도도 모두 사실처럼 오인(誤認)되지만, 100% 진실이 아닌 내용도 엿보인다. JMS 정명석 총재에 의해 “1만 명 이상이 성폭행을 당했다”는 부분은 진실이 아닌 허위일 가능성이 높다. 기사로 작성되는 과정에서 사실이 밝혀지지 않은 내용을 한 개인의 주장(主張)으로 포장해서 보도했기 때문이다.
필자는 이 문제에 대해 상식적으로 생각, 개인 의견을 공론화해 본다. JMS 정명석 총재 관련보도도 모두 사실처럼 포장되어 있지만, 그게 진실이 아니다. JMS 정명석 총재에 의해 “1만 명 이상이 성폭행을 당했다”는 어구는, “JMS 정명석 총재가 1만 명 이상을 성폭행 했다”는 말과 상통한다. 그러나 이 부분은 사실처럼 보이나 100% 진실이 아니라는 게 바로 '진실된 사실'이다.
왜냐? 모든 기사의 취재-작성은 상식에서 출발한다. “1만 명 이상을 성폭행”했다고? 정명석 총재, 그도 인간이다. 그는 결코 인간을 좌지우지 할수 있다고 믿는 신이 아니다. 그저 인간일 뿐이다. 그런데 인간일 뿐인 그가 어떻게? 그렇게? 기사 내용에서 주장되어지는 “1만 명 이상의 성폭행” 주장(내용)은 기사 속에서 사실처럼 적시(摘示) 되었을지라도, 100% 진실(眞實)이 아니다. 허구(虛構)라는 이야기이다.
필자가 인지하기로는, 기독교복음선교회의 공인된 전체의 신도 수는 10,000이 되지 않는다. 국가의 종교관련 기관이 발표해왔던 교인 통계 자료에서도 그런 통계 수치가 발표된 적이 없다. 그게 아니라면, 그가 자신의 종교기관인 기독교복음선교회 내의 신도가 아니고, 일반 사회 사람들을 성폭행 해왔다는 말인가? 그리고 그가 사람이기에 “1만 명 이상의 성폭행”은 전혀 사실 일 수는 없다. 그런 주장은 가짜에 속한다.
JMS 정명석 총재는 그간 감옥을 들락거렸다. 그 많은 사람을 성폭행 했다하면, 감옥 안에서도 최소한 1천여명 이상을 성폭행 했어야만이 합당하고 옳은 숫자이다. 그런데 감옥 내부는 이성을 성폭행할 수 있기에는 불가능한 시설이다.

이 반성문에는 정명석 총재의 이름을 거명하면서 “성폭행”문제를 거론한 데에 대해 “사과하고 반성하는 내용”을 담고 있다.
미국 언론의 경우, 성폭행 사건을 보도할 때 폭행자와 피폭행자의 신분을 공개하도록 돼 있다. 정확하게 사건의 행태를 보도한다. 미국식으로 말한다면, “정명석 총재가 1만명을 성폭행 했다”하면, 수사 단계에서 1만명의 성폭행 피해자 명단, 일시, 장소 등의 ‘피해자 리스트’가 작성되어 그 명단이 재판부에 넘어가야 한다. 그런데 정명석 총재가 성폭행했다는 사건에서 지금까지 피해자 이름이 확실하게 나오지 않는 것은 무엇을 의미하는가? 이 사건이 올바른 사건이라면, 정명석 총재에게 성폭행을 당했다는 1만명의 명단이 공개돼야 한다.
이에 대해 기독교복음선교회측은 4월22일자 보도자료에서 “아무리 거대 언론이라 할지라도 국민을 기만하는 조작된 보도는 들통 나게 마련이다. 1999년, 2002년 보도로 인해 A언론사는 이미 선교회 측에 손해배상을 한 사실이 있다. B 언론사의 보도는 소송중인데 재판기피신청을 해놓았다. 보도문을 제작하면서는 선교회 교회에 무단으로 침입해 불법 촬영을 했다.”고 지적했다.
그간 비리제보에 앞장섰던 모 교수에 관해서는 “그가 정명석 총재에게 보내온 반성문과 돈을 요구한 녹취록 등 다수의 증거물을 갖고 있다. 1만 명 이상이 성폭행을 당했다고 주장하지만 지금까지 DNA 추출 등 실체적 증거를 제시한 사람은 한 명도 없다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “2009년 정명석 총재의 10년형 판결에서도 피해여성들이 피해를 당했다는 증거물은 없었고, 피해여성 중 1명이 거짓 고소했다는 양심선언을 한 바 있다”고 강조하고 “이번에도 피해여성들이 진술한 피해시간에 정명석 총재는 다른 일을 하고 있는 영상이 확인됐다. 여성 중 한 명이 제출한 녹취 파일도 원본이 아닌 사본으로서 ‘이제까지 보지 못한 파일 구조다. 고소인이 사용한 아이폰에서 수집한 대조파일과 파일 구조가 상이하다.’는 국립과학수사연구원의 분석이 나왔다.”고, 피력했다.
JMS 정명석 총재 관련 보도는 사실과 진실에서 이만큼 차이가 있음이 발견된다. “JMS 정명석 총재가 1만 명 이상이 성폭행 했다”는, 일부 언론의 보도 내용은 이미 전 세계로 타전됐다. 이 내용은 허구인데, 사실처럼 알려져 있다. 대한민국은 세계에 내로라하는 민주주의 국가이다. 한 개인이 1만명을 성폭행할 정도로 어수룩한 나라가 결코 아니다.
이후, 기독교복음선교회측은 자신의 교단 창설자인 정명석 총재와 관련된, 진실하지 않은 허구의 내용을 교정하는데, 교단의 힘을 집중할 것으로 예상된다. 이 사건과 관련된 진실은 언젠가 명명백백 드러날 것이다. 이래야, JMS 정명석 총재 때문에 세계에 이상한 나라로 알려진 대한민국의 이미지도 깨끗하게 세탁될 수 있을 것이다.
필자는 지난 2010년 5월17일자 본지(브레이크뉴스)에 “정명석 총재의 자연 성전 '감동스런 성전’” 제목의 르포기사를 게재했었다. 기독교복음선교회 본부가 있는 충남 금산군 진산면 '자연성전'을 현지르포로 취재한 기사였다.

이 기사에서 “지난 5월15일은 스승의 날, 기독교복음선교회는 이 날을 맞아 충남 금산군 진산면 석막리 월명동 자연성전에서 스승의 날 감사축제 행사를 가졌다. 이 교단의 성도들에게 있어 스승이란 ‘죽음보다 더한 사랑으로 우리를 구원하신 예수’와 ‘세상의 욕심에 눈이 멀었던 우리를 예수님의 사랑으로 인도해주신 선생님(정명석)’을 의미한다. 금산군 진산면 석막리 월명동은 정명석 총재의 탄생지. 이곳에 기독교복음선교회라는 교단의 세계선교본부가 있다. 그리고 일반 기독교회에서 보기 힘든 잘 단장된, 40만여 평에 달하는 규모의 야외성전이 있다.”고 쓴바 있다.

Recently, a deviant article about Christian Gospel Mission President Jung Myeong-seok was reported, and articles countering this were also produced and reported one after another. In particular, regarding the heterosexual contact of JMS President Jung Myeong-seok, a clergyman, “Is it really true? Was it manipulated?” Suspicion follows.
First of all, it is a problem of the number of contacts of the opposite sex, that he committed sexual corruption. In the meantime, several media outlets have claimed that “more than 10,000 people have been sexually assaulted” in reports related to JMS President Myung-Seok Chung. The claim that “more than 10,000 people have been sexually assaulted” has already been reported by media around the world, recognized as fact, and reported.
However, among the media's controversial reports, there is always a doubt that all the contents stated in the report are true, or whether the report is true. This is because harsh claims that are not proven by the facts are also published in the claims of the person who reported the article. So the conclusion is different that all the facts in the article are not true. Reports related to JMS president Jung Myung-seok are all misunderstood as fact, but there are also some that are not 100% true. The part that “more than 10,000 people were sexually assaulted” by JMS President Myung-Seok Chung is highly likely to be false, not true. This is because in the process of writing the article, the facts that were not revealed were packaged and reported as an individual's claim.
I think about this issue with common sense and try to publicize my personal opinion. Reports related to JMS President Myung-Seok Chung are all packaged as facts, but that is not the truth. The phrase “More than 10,000 people were sexually assaulted” by JMS President Myung-Seok Chung is in line with the phrase “More than 10,000 people were sexually assaulted by JMS President Myung-Seok Jeong”. However, this part looks like a fact, but it is not 100% true.
because? The reporting and writing of all articles start with common sense. “More than 10,000 people were raped”? President Jung Myung-seok, he is also human. He is never a god. He is just a human being. But how can he, who is only human? like that? The claim (content) of “more than 10,000 sexual assaults” claimed in the article is not 100% true, even if it is stated as fact in the article. It is a story of fiction.
As far as I am aware, the total number of certified members of the Christian Gospel Mission is less than 10,000. Even in the statistics of church members that have been announced by national religious organizations, such statistics have never been announced. If not, does that mean he has been sexually assaulting people in the general society who are not members of his religious organization, Christian Gospel Mission? And since he is a human being, the “rape of more than 10,000 people” cannot be true at all. Such claims are bogus.
JMS President Jung Myung-seok has been in and out of prison. If he raped that many people, he should have raped at least 1,000 people in prison, which is a reasonable and correct number. However, the inside of the prison is an impossible facility for sexual assault of the opposite sex.
Regarding this, the Christian Gospel Mission said in a press release dated April 22, “No matter how big the media is, fabricated reports that deceive the people are bound to be exposed. Due to the reports in 1999 and 2002, there is a fact that Media A has already compensated for damages to the Mission. Media B's report is in litigation, but it has filed an application for avoidance of trial. He pointed out that while producing the press release, he broke into the missionary church without permission and filmed it illegally.” Regarding a professor who took the lead in reporting corruption, “I have a number of evidence, including a letter of apology he sent to President Myung-seok Jeong and a transcript of his request for money. More than 10,000 people claim to have been sexually assaulted, but so far, no one has presented tangible evidence such as DNA extraction.” He continued, “Even in the 10-year sentence of President Jung Myung-seok in 2009, there was no evidence that the victims had been victimized, and one of the victims made a declaration of conscience that they had falsely accused them.” A video has been confirmed of President Jung Myung-seok doing other things. The recording file submitted by one of the women is also a copy, not an original, and is a file structure that has never been seen before. The file structure is different from the collation file collected from the iPhone used by the complainant.’ An analysis by the National Institute of Scientific Investigation came out.”
In the case of the American media, when reporting on a sexual assault case, it is required to disclose the identity of the assailant and the victim. Accurately report the course of events. In American terms, if “President Myung-Seok Chung raped 10,000 people,” a “victim list” including the names, date, time, and location of 10,000 victims of sexual assault should be drawn up in the investigation stage and handed over to the judge. However, what does it mean that the name of the victim has not been clearly identified so far in the case of sexual assault by President Myung-Seok Chung? If this case is the right case, the list of 10,000 people who were sexually assaulted by President Jung Myeong-seok should be made public.
It is found that there is such a gap between the facts and the truth in the reports related to JMS President Jung Myung-seok. Some media outlets reported that “JMS president Jung Myung-seok raped more than 10,000 people” has already spread around the world. This content is fictional, but it is known as fact. The Republic of Korea is a democratic country that is said to be the best in the world. It is by no means a country so clumsy that one individual can sexually assault 10,000 people. Afterwards, the Christian Gospel Mission is expected to focus its efforts on correcting untrue fictional content related to its founder, President Jung Myung-seok. The truth related to this case will be revealed one day. Only in this way will the image of Korea, which is known to the world as a strange country because of JMS President Jung Myung-seok, be washed clean.
