기독교복음선교회(세칭 JMS)측은 7월23일자 보도자료에서 “기독교복음선교회 회원들의 평화집회가 7월23일 오후 4시 서울시 종각 A OTT(Over-the-top)회사 한국지사 건물 앞에서 열렸다. 지난 일요일 동일 장소에서 열렸던 행사에 이어 회원들이 자발적으로 추진한 두 번째 집회”라고 밝혔다.
